The Work Experience module gives employees the opportunity to learn more about the job they do and the company they work for. This module is delivered using a more practical approach, with employees reflecting on their current job role and responsibilities within the company and setting realistic targets for possible advancement within the company.

The Work Experience module allows the employee to recognise their own skills, develop new skills, make decisions about future job direction and to progress within the retail sector.

78% of those undertaking meaningful work experience gain full time employment.
