All the accredited courses developed by Retail Ireland Skillnet are mapped to the National Framework of Qualification. In addition, each Retail Ireland Skillnet course is mapped to their corresponding retail job roles – e.g. Level 5 courses such as selling, customer service, warehousing are developed with operational employees in mind.
The Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision programme is a Level 6 qualification. Level 7, Level 8, and Level 9 programmes are delivered in collaboration with the Atlantic Technological University.
