The aim of this two-day programme is to equip existing and aspiring retail supervisors with the fundamental skills, knowledge and competencies required to supervise in a wide range of retail environments.
This two-day workshop provides a comprehensive insight into the core skills, knowledge and competencies required to supervise in a wide range of retail environments. The workshop is designed to be practical and interactive featuring workplace tasks, peer learning, best practice scenarios, and real-life learning examples. This workshop will help current and aspiring retail managers to capture the retail supervisory skills required to succeed within their role.
The workshop is structured to cover a wide range of supervisory skills, including leadership, communication, team management, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and more. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained practical knowledge and skills that can be applied to their role in retail management.
