Protection of Enrolled Learners (PEL)

Retail Ireland Skillnet has put in place a financial guarantee, the sole purpose of which is to secure the payment of any refunds payable to learners and the cost associated with the distribution of such funds.

Retail Ireland Skillnet is committed to refunding enrolled learners or the person who paid money on behalf of the enrolled learner, in respect to the programme concerned.

It is not feasible for Retail Ireland Skillnet to enter into arrangements with other providers to facilitate the transfer of learners to a similar programme due to the nature of the company’s work based learning and assessments system.
